It has been a while. Sad. This is the cleanest the studio has been and the most progress I have made in a while on a work… a major painting. Don’t get me wrong – lots of preliminary ideas, sketching, drawings in charcoal and the like, but to be back to oils… smells good to me. (I do love the smell of oils in the morning.) – Frank
